Privacy policy

1. Controller

Style Musei ApS, trading as Style Musei, runs this storefront and decides what happens to the data described below. For any request under this policy write to studio@thestylemusei.com.

2. What is collected and why

3. Your basket stays in your browser

The basket, saved objects and any discount code are held in your browser's local storage. Nothing about them is transmitted to us, we cannot read them, and they disappear if you clear your site data.

4. Cookies

• Strictly necessary. Basket state, your cookie choice, session security. Set in all cases because the shop does not function without them.
• Analytics. Aggregate counts of page and object views. Set only if you press Accept; not set, and removed, if you choose Essential only.

There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking pixels on this site.

5. Recipients

Only the processors needed to run the shop, each under a data processing agreement and each receiving only what its task requires:

• The payment provider — name, email, amount
• The carrier — name, delivery address, phone
• The email provider — email address, for order mail and, with consent, the newsletter
• The hosting provider — server logs including IP addresses, kept 30 days

The workshops that make the objects do not receive customer data. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone's marketing.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Processors are in the EEA where we can arrange it. Where one is not, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Danish Data Protection Act you may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable form, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Email studio@thestylemusei.com; we answer within 30 days and usually within a week. Where bookkeeping law requires us to keep a record, we will say so and delete it when that period ends.

8. Complaints

You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, at datatilsynet.dk. We would prefer to hear from you first.

9. Changes

Material changes are noted here with a new date at the top. Earlier versions are available on request.
