What we can help with

• Which size or option. Tell us the surface it will sit on and what it will hold. The questions page has the general rule.
• A breakage. Photograph it and send the order reference. Under the 5-year cover we replace once and pay the shipping; nothing needs to come back. How it works.
• Arrived damaged. Photograph it in the box first. Replacement ships without waiting for the pieces.
• An open order. Changes are possible until it is packed, usually within two working days.
• A return. Start it by email; the note and address come back within a working day. The policy.
• Photographs of the current run. Ask, with the object number, and we send them.
